- All orders are processed within 1 business day of the date your place the order. Shipping takes between 3-5 business days to arrive at your house. Expedited shipping is not available on any of the items unless otherwise stated on the product detail page or in the shopping cart.

We use powerful 128-bit encryption for all orders and the My Account section of our website. We even remove your credit card information from our servers once your order has been processed. The fewer locations your credit card information is available, the better protected you are. - Returns & Replacements

You have 30 days to return any product for a full refund of the purchase price and sales tax. Shipping fees still apply, which is the same as when you purchase an item from a store. Your drove to the store to purchase the item, you'll have to drive back to return the item.
Precious Pearl items can only be returned if they are unopened. Due to the nature of the product, returns and refunds for opened Precious Pearl products will not be granted. If there is a problem with the Precious Pearl, we will gladly exchange your damaged product for a new one when we receive the damaged merchandise. We'll even pay for the shipping back to you for the exchange.
Contact us Prior to returning your item for the address to return the merchandise to so that we can properly notate your account. If you return merchandise prior to contacting us regarding the return, your refund and/or exchange will be delayed. - Refunds

If you return the merchandise within 30 days of original purchase, we will refund you the purchase price and sales tax (if applicable) for your order. We do not refund shipping. If you would like a store credit, please let us know when you return the product. Once your return has been processed, we will refund the charge to your credit card or give you store credit per your request. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your refund/store credit. If there are any issues with the returned product, you will be notified using the information on the original order.
Due to the nature of Precious Pearl products, we cannot refund you for an open oyster. We will gladly give you a store credit in lieu of a credit card refund for an opened Precious Pearl oyster. - Ordering
